我们主要利用生物化学,分子生物学,表观遗传学,细胞生物学,生物信息学等多学科生物实验手段,研究集中在(1)泛素化酶和去泛素化酶及其调控网络,主攻癌症和免疫性疾病的病理基础,为临床开发药物提供新靶标。(2)蛋白质翻译后β-羟基丁酰化修饰,寻找其催化酶、去除酶、识别蛋白,主攻心脏病、神经退行性疾病等重大疾病的病理生理功能。
